Well at this present time i have the OEM manifold from a k20a2 on . But i would like to get a RBC manifold but to get the many fold to fit i have to cut my rad support about a 1 inch . I was wondering if their is a product out their that will give me the advantage of a RBC but the size of the OEM K20A2 manifold . I was looking to get some ITB's put on but for were i am located and the weather conditions here are well it is worthless for me.

Go any suggestion or ideas ??

Thanks K24a2 EL

Currently most of the manifolds out there are all around the same size as the RBC and ITB setups will most likely require you to cut a hole in your hood. Which chassis and mounts are you running where you have to cut your radiator support?

Well i drive 2001 Acura EL witch is the same a 2001 Civic 4 door . I am using Hasport motor mounts .I would have to cut the rad support on the passenger side and about half a inch next to the hood latch .I don't know if the pictures will help ?

It is rather hard to get aftermarket intake manifolds to fit with your chassis, because of the space.

would it be possible to cut the rad supports and maybe tilt the radiator foward or backwards as need to clear the manifold? If tilting the radiator works then you could just have new mounts made and welded/bolted and you're done.

Skunk2 just came out with a new manifold based off the rbc with no clearence issues. Check it out at their website.

Nick,

I believe the Skunk2 manifold is slightly shorter than the RBC, around the same size as the PRB.

I'm looking a comparision and yes is slightly shorter.
